About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Handling end to end Recruitment process
• Sourcing appropriate resumes from various sources like internal
databases, job portals, etc.
• Briefing the candidates regarding the job profile and giving an
organisation overview
• Maintaining call report status on daily basis, offer status
reports, pipeline report and weekly reports
• Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates
• Conducting basic interviews with candidates and filtering as per
requirement.
