About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Handling the end-to-end recruitment process
• Sourcing candidates as per the requirements through various sources such as job portals - Naukri.com, Monster, TimesJobs, company web portals, references, LinkedIn, etc.
• Managing internal and external recruitment
• Coordinating interviews of shortlisted candidates
• Arranging all types of interviews i.e., face to face, Skype, telephonic, etc.
• Conducting scheduled interviews & walk-in drives
