Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing resumes, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain employee records and ensure the accuracy of data in HR systems
• Assist with onboarding activities including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and coordinating training programs
• Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events
• Assist with HR analytics by analyzing data and preparing reports using MS Excel
• Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee inquiries and maintaining documentation
