C G Marketing Private Limited represents one of the FMCG distributors for Procter & Gamble in the state of Maharashtra (covers western, Deccan, Marathwada, and Khandesh regions) with a network of overall 45 branches. For 27 years, Chamadia Group has been partnering with its success through retailing and distribution for all P&G brands. Chamadia Group is the biggest distributor for P&G in the Asia Pacific and amongst the top 10 customers for P&G in the world.
Reach across 100,000+ stores, stock network preferred supplier across channels. A professionally-managed core functional leadership team providing services like merchandising, D2C, and in-store merchandiser for hyper, super & modern retail. Operation is computerized right from booking orders to delivering goods to the customer. Working with customers like Big Bazar, D Mart, Amazon, First Cry, Snapdeal, Flipkart, etc. we provide best-in-class infrastructure training & onboarding programs.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on recruitment
2. Work on training and development
3. Work on compliance
4. Work on talent management
5. Work on performance management system
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 22nd Mar'23 and 26th Apr'23
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
