About the Internship:
We are hiring a recruitment intern for technical hiring (IT hiring) at our Mumbai office located at Goregaon West.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing candidates from different Job portals & social networking platforms
2. Screening resumes with keyword search, boolean searches & different search engines
3. Conducting telephonic round of interviews
4. Working on IT skill hiring for niche & vanilla skills
5. Evaluating candidate's skills, technology understanding, and key responsibility areas
6. Coordinating for virtual interviews though team meets
7. Handling technical tests up to final rounds with interview panels
8. Working on end-to-end recruitment
+. Handling IT hiring for top CMM 5 level clients
