We are a technology consulting and new product development company who helps startups and new projects in an organisation transform ideas into tangible deployments.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
2. Stay actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
3. Create and implement effective onboarding plans
4. Develop training and development programs
5. Assist in performance management processes
6. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
7. Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
8. Provide counseling on policies and procedures
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 26th Apr'23 and 31st May'23
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend:
INR 4,000 /month
