About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Understanding the need & requirements of clients, sourcing as per requirement
• Shortlisting candidates & doing line-up for interview & making reports on a daily basis
• Working on compliance management like PF, ESIC, PT & MLWF
• Preparing reports & database of candidates & clients
• Following up with candidates & submitting reports weekly
• Posting jobs & sourcing candidates from social media & other sites
• Participating in job fairs & other activities
• Sourcing candidates from colleges, institutes, training centres & fields (open market)
• Understanding requirements of employees & employer
• Upgrading skills of candidates, if required, using many institutes which have free skill development programs
• Working on market research & presentation regarding needs, problems & solutions to fill employee & employer gap
