We believe that everyone has various skills, but people are finding it difficult to get a job as per their requirements. There are many people who compromise their careers by being uneducated, unskilled, or disqualified, and some get confused about what to do after completing their qualifications. We help them overcome this by developing their skillset. We consult them on how to proceed & what to choose as a stream. We also create a recruitment opportunity for them to work with our prestigious clients. In our journey, we welcome every individual by creating innovative ideas as a key to success.

About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Update our internal databases with new employee information including contact details and employment forms
• Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
• Address employee queries about benefits (like the number of remaining vacation days)
• Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days
