About Company:
Mango Advisors is a boutique investment banking firm with headquarters in Mumbai and five regional offices across India. It is focused on real estate vertical. It is growing the business for SME/Mid market space (non-real estate - all sectors). It provides the following services on real estate side - Syndication (Equity/Debt), Land intermediation services, strategy advisory & asset management. It provides the following services on SME/MID-MARKET side - syndication - Traditional products (working capital/term loan/non-fund limits), Structured finance, corporate advisory, equity capital raise. During the period of financial year 23-24 it plans to venture into setting up asset management company to start a real estate fund. In near future it plans to expand to a lending based fin-tech for Mid-market/SMEs.
About the Internship:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR intern to join our Talent/HR department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. As a HR intern you will collaborate with our recruitment vendors and co-ordinate with them in all stages of the hiring process. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our recruitment channels and team member engagement activities.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing and screening of resumes (you ought to love talking to people)
2. Drafting of JDs, offer letters and appointment letters
3. Help facilitate new joinee onboarding process
4. Help with attendance and leave management
5. Organize team member engagement activities
6. Research on employee engagement, team member satisfaction survey, productivity tools and its pro and cons
Requirements:
1. Analytical ability and interest in recent market trends
2. Analytical ability and interest in recent HR trends
3. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to engage managers and executives
4. Solid understanding of different HR hiring techniques
5. Solid organizational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and an aptitude for handling multiple projects simultaneously
6. Current enrolment in a related BS or Masters degree in a tier 1/tier 2 institute
7. Past experience in HR/recruitment will be a big plus
