Petronas Lubricants International (PLI) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Petronas, the national oil corporation of Malaysia. Fully established in 2008, PLI is the union of two respectable lubricant and functional fluids companies - FL Selenia and Petronas' own Lubricant Unit. About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source and interview follow-ups, salary negotiation, onboarding & joining formalities
2. Research markets and peer organizations to identify and process potential candidatures for internal and external hiring
3. Align feedback sessions with concerned stakeholders and assess the talent pipeline for current and future needs
4. Manage HR operations and take up engagement projects assigned
5. Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and prescribed recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process

3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
