About Company:
We are a for-profit company that provides psychological services to children with special needs in Mumbai. We offer services to children diagnosed with autism, ADHD, learning disability, down syndrome, etc. at their school or take one-on-one counseling sessions at home using proper intervention techniques to guide their behavior in social and academic situations to our stated goals. As a company, we offer a very steep learning curve for candidates who wish to get hands-on experience with implementing strategies to benefit children with various developmental, behavioral, social communication, and focus issues. It is also certified as an 'Innovative Startup' under the 'Startup India Program of Government of India'.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Getting exposure to the employee life cycle
2. Assisting in end-to-end recruitment
3. Providing assistance in joining formalities & onboarding
4. Arranging training for employees for better productivity
5. Assisting in admin-related work
6. Updating our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
7. Preparing HR-related reports as needed
8. Participating in organizing company events and maintaining coordination for the same
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 6th Oct'22 and 10th Nov'22
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
