About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source talent through various available resources both traditional & social
2. Handle traditional job portals like Naukri, Shine, etc.
3. Use of social media and other channels for sourcing like LinkedIn, GitHub,
4. Stack Overflow, Facebook, Behance, Dribble, Twitter, etc.
5. Screen the sourced resumes to see if it matches the client's needs
6. Build talent pipeline & talent mapping
7. Work on client relationship
8. Build rapport with both the clients & candidates
+. Offer negotiations & background checks if required
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 25th Apr'22 and 30th May'22
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Stipend:
INR 10000 /month
