About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
2. Provide counseling on policies and procedures
3. Stay actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
4. Create and implement effective onboarding plans
5. Develop training and development programs
6. Assist in performance management processes
7. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
8. Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
+. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
10. Handle the recruitment and placement of employees
11. Screen job candidates and conduct interviews to performing background checks and providing orientation to new employees
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between +th Aug'22 and 13th Sep'22
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Stipend:
INR 6,000 /month
