Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems2. Provide counseling on policies and procedures3. Stay actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process4. Create and implement effective onboarding plans5. Develop training and development programs6. Assist in performance management processes7. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues8. Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements+. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance10. Handle the recruitment and placement of employees11.
