We started our journey with managing hair loss and we are laterally moving into other chronic issues such as cholesterol, gut issues, and hormonal issues. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and employee relations
2. Preparing documents related to HR policies and procedures
3. Developing and maintaining employee records and files
4. Assisting with performance management processes
5. Participating in various HR projects and initiatives
6. Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
7. Answering HR-related inquiries from employees
