As a Human Resources intern at Career-Domain, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and make a real impact on the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees, tracking attendance and feedback.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback.
• Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and diversity and inclusion efforts.
• Utilize MS-Excel to analyze HR data and create reports for management.
