About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Work on recruitment process - sourcing for candidates for specific job positions
• Work on employee on-boarding/off-boarding, joining formalities, etc
• Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates etc
• Handle employee health and medical insurance, handling insurance-related issues
• Maintain HR records, Work on HR policies
• Handle PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, LTA, bonus, etc., preparation of salary statement
• Handle HR compliance
• Prepare salary slips, leave encasement, and full and final settlements
• Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee
• Conduct exit interviews for employees and record them accordingly
