About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Screen candidates and schedule interviews over the CMS
• Post job postings on hiring platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
• Respond to emails, messages, calls, etc. of applicants
• Reach out to the candidates to complete the application process
• Work on cold calling to source candidates and sending follow-ups
• Work on reporting daily work
• Assist with onboarding
