About The Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Developing sources of recruitment & forming a talent pipeline through various channels such as job portals, websites, personal contacts, and recommendations from existing employees
• Enhancing the positive candidate experience
• Collaborating with hiring managers for scheduling & coordinating interviews
• Providing the offer letter to the selected candidates
• Managing the complete end-to-end recruitment life-cycle including sourcing & screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement till the date of joining
• Screening CVs and engaging with the candidate to ascertain the technology skills and experience
• Coordinating interview schedules and ensuring all involved parties are kept informed of schedules and schedule changes
