About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
2. Determine selection criteria & source potential candidates through online channels (social platforms and professional networks)
3. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
4. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements of each position
5. Lead employer branding initiatives and attend job fairs and recruitment events
6. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential
Skills Required:
1. Proven work experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar role. (Freshers can apply)
2. Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
3. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
4. MBA in human resources management or a relevant field

3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Noida and neighboring cities
