About the Internship:
Are you looking for a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise in human resources? W3Dev is looking for a human resources intern who is ready to put their English proficiency (spoken and written), MS-Excel skills, and commitment to excellence to the test. This position is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the HR operations of a top-notch company. As part of an ever-growing team, you will work alongside HR and other professionals to help in areas such as employee engagement, administrative support, and employee development.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in coordinating and carrying out employee onboarding and offboarding processes
2. Liaising with other departments and guiding them through their HR inquiries
3. Ensuring accurate and timely recording of employee data
4. Working with department leaders to develop best practices in employee engagement, training, and retention
5. Compiling and analyzing data to make recommendations to the HR team
6. Managing benefits and other compensation-related documents
7. Performing other related duties as assigned by the HR team
