Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Make 50+ calls to candidates daily
• Write emails for recruitment purposes
• Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking events to source potential candidates
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and fit for the position
• Administer assessments and background checks as required
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating, and providing feedback to candidates
• Ensure timely and efficient communication with both candidates and managers throughout the recruitment process
• Provide a positive candidate experience by offering support and guidance throughout the recruitment process
• Address any candidate queries or concerns and offer feedback on interviews
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and placements in the recruitment database
• Prepare reports on recruitment activities, progress, and outcomes
• Stay updated on industry trends and job market conditions to provide valuable insights to candidates
