Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Understanding job descriptions
• Assessing the candidates (shortlisting, resume evaluation, and phone screening)
• Calling up candidates and explaining the job details
• Coordinating with candidates/clients for recruitment
• Setting up the interviews
• Lining up the candidates for the interview as per the schedule
