Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Post job openings on various online portals to attract potential candidates
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews
• Assist with salary negotiation and offer discussions
• Work directly under the supervision of a manager for guidance and task execution
• Plan and execute employee events, office parties, and engagement activities
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support office operations
• Support hiring activities and provide updates for new locations under company expansion
• Assist the Director with administrative and strategic responsibilities
• Perform cold calling to reach potential leads or partners
• Fix appointments for the sales manager and coordinate schedules
• Handle client meetings and ensure professional communication
• Attend conferences, seminars, events, and trade shows (domestic and international) with the team
• Monitor Osumare’s team expansion and performance across cities and locations
• Coordinate office reel shoots for social media and promotional content
• Represent Osumare at external events and networking opportunities
• Welcome and assist clients visiting the office, ensuring a positive experience
