About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack, and GitHub)
2. Craft and send recruiting emails
3. Build and maintain close relationships with promising candidates
4. Gather data to enable business and recruiting to make better decisions
5. Develop prospects into candidates - engaging, screening, and presenting candidates to senior leadership
6. Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements
7. Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
8. Source engineering talent along with a constant lookout for potential candidates
+. Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
10. Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers, and get hired
11. Promote our employer brand online and offline
12. Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our applicant tracking system)

3. are available for duration of 6 months
