The online platform is backed by a strong leadership team that aims to build a new credit scoring platform that combines traditional credit scoring with new social and online scoring technology-linked risk assessment concepts to deliver a revolutionary new business set to change the lending market in India.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintaining employee databases and records in an effective and efficient manner in the HRMS
2. Evaluating the data on a weekly/ monthly and quarterly basis
3. Making standard operating processes of various HR functions
4. Organizing employee engagement activities
5. Creating job posts and putting them up online on sites like Naukri.com, etc.
6. Advertising job availability through online channels and other media browsing social networking sites like LinkedIn for suitable job profiles with required skills
7. Communicating by phone, email, and in person with job candidates to figure out things like availability and hiring timelines
8. Interviewing & screening potential job candidates
+. Performing other assessments of job candidates' skills, such as by giving a written test or hiring for a trial period, etc.
10. Assessing resumes/CVs, job applications, and cover letters and creating a mental picture of the applicant
Only those candidates can apply who:

3. are available for duration of 3 months
