About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Managing end-to-end recruitment for middle and senior-level positions to fulfill the internal requirements of the company
• Sourcing profiles through job portals and working on them effectively
• Working on job designing, job posting, and mass mailing of the jobs as well as taking care of short-listing the relevant profiles and processing them further for successful hiring
• Handling daily coordination with the stakeholders regarding the given positions and the profile-related queries
• Understanding the needs of various well-established and new clients
• Providing a high-performance delivery as per the requirement of each and every client
• Sourcing candidates through various modes of recruitment (job-positing, job-portals, reference-pulling, head-hunting personal-resume collection)
• Scheduling and managing monthly recruitment drives
• Managing the database, candidate trackers and MIS reports on a daily and weekly basis
