About Company:
We are importers/manufacturers of industrial packaging machines and tools. We have been in this business for the last 14 years with a strong customer base including OEM and MNCs. We are doing business in the B2B sector only. We are based in Pune with an office in the city and a warehouse in the PCMC area.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on recruitment and campus hiring
2. Work on sourcing and negotiating
3. Work on the system and process design and execution
4. Work on training and development of the team
5. Work on performance management
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 1st Apr'23 and 6th May'23
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
