We are disrupting the apparel market with our core USP-offering premium fashion at a fraction of the market price through a sophisticated rental system. With an integrated e-commerce platform, our focus is on creating a distinctive electronic marketplace by facilitating transactions between renters and designers/owners. We are early adopters of the 'shared economy model' and have created innovative revenue streams, both online and offline.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design and update job descriptions
2. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
3. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Stack Overflow and BE hance)
4. Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
5. Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
6. Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests
7. Advertise job openings on the company's social media, job boards, and internally
8. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
+. Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
Requirements:
1. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases
2. Solid verbal and written communication skills
3. Bachelor's/Master's degree
4. Should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills
