About The Internship
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resources (HR) intern with a strong knowledge of Effective Communication to join our team at Source.One. As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition.
• Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and recognition programs.
• Aid in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
• Support the HR team in conducting employee performance evaluations and providing feedback to managers.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the HR team to analyze and improve HR processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
