Being an AI & blockchain-powered distribution network for aggressive entrepreneurs, Tradexa Technologies Private Limited offers a wide range of tools for distributors to manage the distribution network efficiently. Focused on selling more, we keep making informed decisions and reduce the cost of inventory holding, transactions, and operations.
About the Internship:
1. Work on being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the end-to-end hiring process
2. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
3. Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
4. Create and implement effective onboarding plans
5. Assist in performance management processes
6. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
7. Maintain employee records (attendance, employee's master data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
8. Review employment and working conditions to ensure smooth functioning
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 15th May'23 and 1+th Jun'23
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend:
INR 12,000-15,000 /month
