About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
2. Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
3. Helping with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication
4. Collaborating with TA team members to source and screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews
5. Supporting the recruitment process by posting job openings, updating job descriptions, and managing candidate databases
6. Collaborating with an external vendor to manage a variety of tasks
7. Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
8. Ensuring all HR-related documentation is organized and easily accessible
+. Preparing HR-related reports as needed
10. Participating in HR training sessions and taking an active role in personal and professional development
