Blue Sky Analytics is a next-gen climate tech startup turning satellite data into actionable climate intelligence with a mission to combat climate change.
We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager who will manage a range of responsibilities - from recruitment, performance management, policy building and more. You will help align Blue Sky Analytics’ people strategy with its business strategy. You will serve as not only an administrative expert and a people champion, but also an agent of change and a strategic partner for the business. Together with Division Managers and Founders, you will work on setting priorities, steering values, and delivering business results.
Your Role
• Drive Recruitment strategy for the company, working in tandem with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure great hiring results.
• Independently drive end-to-end hiring needs and manage the entire lifecycle of recruitment from onboarding to exit.
• Partner with team leads and co-founders on culture building, to drive high performance culture.
• Be the single point of contact for all employee Lifecycle journeys.
• Create and drive Performance Management cycles and policies. Create and implement PIP policy.
• An approachable and go-to-person for the team for discussion on performance or pulse check.
• Manage the POSH committee.
• Publish a monthly blog on culture and the company in general.
• Drive and manage employee engagement activities.
• Successfully implement company policies in consultation with the leadership team.
• Handle administrative work such as:
-Birthday gifts and cakes, festivities gifting for all team members.
• Own Device Policy & device rental management.
• Leaves management.
• Merchandise management & logistics.
• Manage Reimbursements & accounting with the consultants.
• Manage Health Insurance.
• Visa processing when required.
• Travel ticketing when Executive Assistants are not available.
• Events & Conference coordination and management for the team
Requirements
• 6-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong collaboration and Influencing skills.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Self-motivated and has the ability to deliver on stretch targets.
• Process driven and has a systematic approach to improving operational performance.
• Strong execution abilities with a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Strong communicator who ensures all channels of communication are leveraged to drive seamless results.
• Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and inspire at all levels in the organisation.
• Experience with Workable or any other ATS is a must.
• Experience with Leegality is a plus point.
• Experience with Lattice or any other Performance Management tools is a must.
• Experienced with GSuite/Slack/Notion/Tandem is a plus.
• Experience with Plum or any other health insurance platforms or vendors is a must.
