Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and build the HR function for a rapidly growing organization. This role will oversee recruiting, compliance, employee relations, and overall HR strategy while supporting workforce expansion.
Key Responsibilities
• General office administration duties
• Lead full-cycle recruiting strategy for high-volume hiring
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems
• Oversee onboarding, compliance, and the full employee lifecycle
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as OSHA standards
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and growth strategy
• Build and scale HR processes as the company grows
• Potential to manage and develop future HR staff
Qualifications
• 7–12+ years of HR experience
• Bilingual preferred: English & Spanish
• Strong background in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments
• Proven experience building or improving HR departments and processes
• Leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, workers’ compensation, safety practices, and high-volume recruiting
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Management or Administration preferred
