About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment processes such as candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation programs.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.
4. Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
5. Support in performance management processes, including feedback collection and analysis.
6. Assist in employee engagement initiatives and events planning.
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
