About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
(Note: this role requires 3-4 hours per day only and is a remote opportunity)
1. Employee Engagement:
a. Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement events, activities, and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
b. Support the development of surveys and feedback mechanisms to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
c. Help in the creation and distribution of internal communications related to engagement activities.
2. Recruitment:
a. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
b. Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
c. Participate in the initial stages of the interview process, including conducting screenings and assisting in face-to-face interviews.
3. General HR Support:
a. Assist with general HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR reports.
b. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve HR processes and employee engagement strategies.
c. Provide support on special projects as assigned by the HR team.
4. Be available for daily stand up calls (Google meet discussions) between 7-8pm to discuss work strategies and challenges.

Stipend:
