About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
HR - Recruiter Intern for Baner, Pune.
1. Source and recruit candidates by using database/job portals/social media
2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
3. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
4. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
5. Work on assessing applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the part time job/internship
2. can start the part time job/internship between 6th Apr'23 and 11th May'23
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend:
INR 10,000 /month
