Recruiting in TRT is a contact sport, where without contact, quality talent acquisition is not possible. At TRT, we work under a constant state of Code R.E.D (Recruiting Every Day), the process of recruiting is never finished as we always looking for the best, efficient talent in the market.
Primary Workflow:
• Development and Executing recruiting plans for Business Development business unit(s).
• Coordinating and Implementing recruitment initiatives in over 14 Countries.
• Administrative duties and record keeping with the Finance Department.
Required Deliverables:
• Coordinating with TRT Leaders to create job descriptions for various positions.
• Developing recruitment and interview plans.
• Efficiently and Effectively fill open positions.
• Taking active role(s) in the induction and performance management through probation period.
• Developing pool(s) of qualified candidates.
• Researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruitment.
• Building networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• Posting online job advertisements.
Professional Capabilities:
• Minimum 3 years proven track record in successful recruiting global talents
• Proven track record must have been developed in an initial “Whitespace/greenfield” environment rather than in the management of an existing network of sources and contacts
• Competent to evolve to a stage of implementing global strategies and action plans in acquiring of talent.
