About the Internship:
We are looking for recruiters who would be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical and non-technical roles.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handling IT and non-IT recruitment for clients in the Philippines and Malaysia
2. Working on full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, shortlisting, negotiation, uploading applicants CVs, schedule interviews, and offers
3. Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms, like Naukri, Shine, and Linkedin
4. Achieving a good conversation ratio of submittals into interview and placement
5. Working on the validation of resumes for expertise and verification of status
6. Understanding the requirements of the hiring
7. Ensuring the ideal source mix is maintained to be cost-effective
8. Innovativing and thinking out of the box to source & attract talent
+. Meeting client requirements
Who can apply:
1. Open for freshers and master's degree candidates
2. Proven work experience as a technical recruiter or recruiter is a plus
3. Hands-on experience with telephone
4. Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases
6. To have an in-depth understanding of the company & its policies to pitch correctly to the candidates
7. Has knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+. Amenable to work onsite from Monday to Friday
10. Open to new learnings and challenges as a recruiter
11. Willing to work under targets
12. Can start immediately
