Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Human Resources professional to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of work experience. Qualifications And Skills
• Proven experience in recruitment (Mandatory skill) with the ability to identify and attract top talent.
• Performance management (Mandatory skill) experience, including conducting performance appraisals and managing performance improvement plans.
• Experience with HRIS (Mandatory skill), managing employee data efficiently and securely.
• Strong understanding of employee relations, offering support and resolution to employee inquiries and issues.
• Experience in training and development, facilitating employee growth and skill enhancement.
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive and compliant salary structures and benefits packages.
• HR compliance with an understanding of labor laws and regulations to maintain legal requirements.
• Effective conflict resolution skills, addressing and resolving workplace disputes and fostering a positive work environment.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Conduct performance appraisals and work with managers on performance improvement plans.
• Maintain and manage HRIS, ensuring all employee data is up-to-date and accurately recorded.
• Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, ensuring satisfaction, and resolving conflicts.
• Coordinate training and development programs to develop employee skills and abilities.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair offerings for employees.
• Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, and relevant labor laws.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, fostering morale and teamwork.
