Oracle HCM Functional Lead Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR / Absence / Payroll / Compensation professional to join our team.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Oracle Core HR modules.
• Configure and customize the Oracle Core HR module to meet client-specific needs, including organization structure setup, position management, employee data management, and other HR processes.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Core HCM modules, including resolving configuration errors, data discrepancies, and user inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Candidate should have a total of at least 10+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 7+ years in Oracle Core HCM implementation and support.
• Stay updated on the latest Oracle HCM releases, patches, and updates, and assess their applicability to clients' needs.
Requirements:
• Expertise in at least two Oracle HCM Cloud modules with Core HR as one mandatory module.
• Ability to manage a team of functional resources.
