Strong understanding of interface integrations and a working knowledge of union contracts/pay practices
In-depth knowledge of WorkforceSoftware Suite’s features, including configuration of Time and Attendance, Work Rules, Pay Rules, and Holiday schedules
Experience managing Accruals, Absence Tracking, Advanced Scheduling, Fatigue Management, and Pay Policies
Proven ability to collaborate with HR and Payroll business leads, IT functional and development teams to ensure task completion with accuracy
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across various groups within the organization
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities
This role focuses on supporting Time and Payroll systems and ensuring the integration of Core HR data
The IT Support Specialist will work closely with business process owners, the payroll department, and HR managers, serving as the first line of support for day-to-day activities at various plant locations
Manage and support HR Time & Payroll applications including WorkforceSoftware Suite (Time and Attendance, ACT, Job Scheduling, Fatigue Management, Analytics), SAP HCM, and UKG Workforce Dimensions / Workforce Central
Oversee the integration of HR data into various WorkforceSoftware functions
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver HR solutions
Ensure that deliverables meet time and accuracy expectations
Provide day-to-day operational support to corporate and site-based HR teams, particularly for WorkforceSoftware and its integration with other systems
Monitor ticketing queues, troubleshoot issues, and resolve tickets in a timely manner
Support minor enhancements and testing
Create and execute test plans, cases, and scripts
Identify defects and work closely with developers and business teams to resolve them
Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders across various teams
Support IT and cross-functional teams on assigned HR/Payroll projects

Overview: We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in the WorkforceSoftware suite to join our IT organization. This role focuses on supporting Time and Payroll systems and ensuring the integration of Core HR data. Qualifications:
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with WorkforceSoftware modules including Time and Attendance, ACT, Job Scheduling, Fatigue Management, and Analytics.
• 3+ years of experience with timekeeping and payroll systems such as UKG, SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP is preferred.
• Strong understanding of interface integrations and a working knowledge of union contracts/pay practices.
• In-depth knowledge of WorkforceSoftware Suite’s features, including configuration of Time and Attendance, Work Rules, Pay Rules, and Holiday schedules.
