Implementation Support
Coordinate with Darwinbox team for the implementation of software product with the clients starting from Business process mapping to User Acceptance testing and taking the customers live with Darwinbox in a defined timeline
Analyze business requirements covering various functional scenarios and facilitate client with workaround solutions & suggestions.
Follow the blueprint documents, functional specifications in the Business process mapping stage and coordinate with DB team to get the complete solution for client-specific use cases
Coordinate with the Development team to define any change request from the client and solution for the client-specific use case
Plan and lead meetings and working sessions effectively with both client and Darwinbox teams
Guide the client through the change management process and managing both internal and external expectations
Ensure the client is supported throughout the Implementation and Post Go-live support phase
Prepare documentation to hand over the account to Client on successful completion of project.
Post Implementation Support
Act as a techno-functional consultant and provide recommendations on process
Configure and manage client’s instance on Darwinbox; Assist and Train clients to do it on their own
Drive product adoption, increasing overall retention and achieve process success for customers
Support clients during critical HR events like Appraisal, Increments etc.
Support clients to resolve queries or bugs, as and when required
Share best practices with clients on how to achieve product success with Darwinbox
Identify risks proactively, mitigate and escalate as deemed appropriate
Conduct governance calls and ensuring project commitments are being met by Darwinbox’s implementation team as well as the Client’s implementation team
Contribute to managing end-to-end implementation project life cycle, driving optimization of operating models
Requirements:
B Tech or an equivalent degree, MBA preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and adaptable to change
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Min 2-4 years of experience in HR & Project implementation experience is preferred.
Flexible to work Onsite or in Hybrid mode.
Flexible to travel to client place based on project needs.
Should be able to handle multiple projects / Clients
