Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a system administrator for HR systems, including system configuration, integration, role security, testing, reporting and data analytics
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop technology solutions that help to streamline and automate HR processes
• Collaborate with 3rd party vendor integration providers and plan management for benefits, recruiting, and internal corporate applications
• Implement process improvements and policy changes designed to improve efficiency and the user experience with the system
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting and serve as the go-to subject matter expert for UKG - the HRIS system used in the organization
• Work with HR, finance and IT to maintain and improve the HRIS, including configuration, end-user access, security, and system efficiency
• Support critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRIS
• Design and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insight into HR metrics, trends that help deliver actionable insights for HR and leadership
• Prepare training materials & documentation and participate in employee trainings
• Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
• Meet with employees and managers to discuss system related questions
• Support various HR projects such as performance management, survey facilitation, employee engagement, etc.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Must live in Pune and available for in-office work when office opens
• HRIS subject matter expert, preferably with experience specifically in UKG
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work interdependently and as part of a team
• Technical support skills to solve problems and walk users through solutions
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
