Role DescriptionThis is a full

site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Sikar
The Human Resources Intern will support daily HR activities
assist with the implementation of HR policies
manage employee records
help administer employee benefits
and provide support in personnel management
This role will also involve supporting recruitment efforts
conducting employee onboarding
and assisting with various HR projects and initiatives
QualificationsBasic knowledge of Human Resources
HR
and HR ManagementFamiliarity with HR Policies and Employee BenefitsSkills in Personnel ManagementProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR softwareExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationBachelors degree in Human Resources
