Escalader Strategic Solutions is looking for HR Intern to manage HR operations for our Client through a Hybrid Work Model (50% Work form Home + 50 % Client Site )
We are Human Resources Consulting Organisation and help our clients with wide range of Human Resources services ranging from Recruitment to complete Talent Management.
Job Designation : HR Intern
Location : Mumba (This is a Hybrid Work Opportunity)
Duration : 6 months , can be extended mutually.
Timings : Monday to Saturday (Flexible ) for approximately 4 hours daily .
Stipend : This profile will be entitled for a Stipend of INR 5000 /- per month .
Job Role
· Assist the Client Team in Recruitment process .
· Co ordination with the Client and the Candidates for the Recruitment process
· Generating Excel Reports for the Analytics
· Assisting in Candidate search through various modes and recruitment channels
· Helping in Learning and Development for the L&D Teams with Content Gathering , Research and Collation of Content wherever necessary
· Creating Digital Landscape for Various Client Initiatives
Qualifications :
· Graduates/ MBA with flair for people interaction and interest in Human Resources.
· Good command over English
· Basic Computer Knowledge of MS Word , Excel and Power point
