This internship offers excellent training and mentoring, and is ideal for a student who wishes to explore and/or pursue a career in Talent Development.
Internship cum PPO
Day to Day Responsibilities:
1. Work with the Talent Development Team and Business teams
2. R&D on the Organizational wide TNA/TNI
3. Instructional Design – Creating, building, and organizing
4. Support team in all training activities, such as logistics preparation, trainee/trainer support, training registration and feedback.
5. Support team to maintain trainees' learning progress and history.
6. Participate in other events/programs assigned by supervisor.
7. Creating email copy for company-wide distribution
8 Design course reinforcement microlearning video or infographic series
Skillset:
1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology or related field
2. Strong organizational skills (planning and prioritizing)
3. Able to quickly establish rapport at all levels of the organization
4. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and its tools (PowerPoint and Excel)
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Previous experience in working in HR-oriented and/or L&D-oriented role preferred but not required
7. Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
