Location: Remote/Jaipur
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruitment/Procurement Intern. The successful candidate will provide support to our recruitment and procurement teams by assisting with a range of administrative tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with posting job vacancies on job boards, social media, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and applications and schedule interviews with candidates
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
• Assist with drafting offer letters and employment contracts
• Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and data
• Assist with purchasing and procurement processes, including conducting research on potential vendors
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and data
• Provide general administrative support to the recruitment and procurement teams as needed
Requirements:
• A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree program, such as in Business or Human Resources, is required. An MBA with a specialization in HR is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with recruitment and procurement processes is a plus
