Roles & Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage recruitment and selection.
• Conduct new employee orientation.
• Identify and address training and development needs for employees.
• Develop, implement, and administer human resources policies and procedures.
• Post job descriptions and screen applications based on required parameters.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants regarding availability.
• Gather updates from all departments.
• Evaluate individual candidates and assess their experience working with us to enhance overall team engagement.
• Manage the inflow and outflow of candidates.
• Strategize and implement initiatives to enhance the work culture of the organization.
