Human Resource Intern Education - BA/BBA Location - Pune, Maharashtra. (Work From Office) Notice Period - Immediate Joiner. Must-Have Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication, Recruitment. Roles and Responsibilities: • Updating employee databases, handling all attendance and payroll operations • Handling HR-related matters, petty cash management, records maintenance, and timesheet collection • Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they are selected until they get on board • Initiating background checks on shortlisted candidates • Preparing and sending offer/appointment letters • Executing HRMS transactions regarding employee status changes ensuring data integrity • Interacting with clients for future work and resource allocation requirements Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, BBA or equivalent • Should have excellent communication skills • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications • Should be able to track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects • Should be able to multitask. • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to work alone or as part of a team. • Excellent administrative and organizational skills. • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills • Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment.
